Barbara Sindelir

Barbara brings decades of artistic study and hands-on experience to every class she teaches. Educated at Mankato State University in Minnesota, she has spent years working across a wide range of mediums, developing a deep, intuitive understanding of art and technique.

Her work includes illustrating children’s books, painting custom murals for homes and restaurants, and specializing in detailed photo and painting restorations. Barbara is especially known for transforming photographs into expressive paintings that capture the personality, emotion, and story behind each subject—turning meaningful moments into lasting works of art.

Just as passionate about teaching as she is about creating, Barbara has a rare gift for helping students discover their own artistic voice. She offers engaging, supportive art classes for both children and adults, welcoming beginners and experienced artists alike.
